The order appealed from found the appellant, Harry W. Kaminsky, in civil contempt of court and sentenced him to the county jail of Milwaukee county for a period of four months. This order was orally announced by the court on December 12, 1967, and the execution of the sentence was stayed until January 15, 1968, to allow the appellant, in effect, to purge himself of contempt by reconstructing the financial records of Adams Rib, Inc. The appellant served his notice of appeal on January 11, 1968.
