BEFORE: BROWN, KENNEDY and MARTIN, Circuit Judges Order Appointed counsel for the defendant-appellant has moved this Court for permission to withdraw as counsel on appeal and has also filed a brief in accordance with the requirements of Anders v. California, 386 U.S. 738 (1967). The defendant-appellant has been served with a copy of the motion and brief but has filed no response. Having fully examined the record and the brief filed by counsel, the Court concludes that counsel has complied with the requirements for withdrawal as set forth in Anders v. California, supra. Accordingly, it is ORDERED that counsel be and hereby is relieved of further responsibility in this matter.
